Criminal

Being charged with a crime can be disorienting and terrifying. The resources of the government to investigate and prosecute a criminal matter almost always exceed the resources of the accused. The Bill of Rights was written by our founding fathers to provide you with some protection when you are accused. Make sure you exercise your rights including your right to an attorney. We will make sure the government does not trample on your Constitutional rights and arm you with the knowledge that you need to make decisions regarding your case.

All criminal charges are serious. They can affect your reputation, your ability to earn a living, your privileges, and even Constitutional rights may be lost if you are convicted of certain crimes. Many convictions carry added penalties that you may not consider if you do not have an attorney. Do not face the full power of the government alone. We will stand between you and the government. We will ensure your rights are protected and work to achieve the best outcome.
